Flor Calderon is 26 years old and from Los Angeles, California. She is a student at Pasadena City College, where she studies Wildlife Conservation Biology. Flor lives for science and music, so if she isn't studying, you can usually find her outdoors exploring nature or going to concerts. Some of her favorite bands include Nine Inch Nails and Queens of the Stone Age. Since education is so important to Flor, she would love to have the superpower of infinite knowledge. Flor's trip to the HACU conference will be her first visit to Washington D.C. Besides the excitement of going to a new place for the first time, she is excited for the potential internship opportunities and for the doors that HACU will possibly open for her future in education.
